Cancellation Policy
*Booking Policy* Please review our booking policy before scheduling your Latte Art class: 1. No Refund Policy: All class bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final, and no refunds will be issued. 2. Rescheduling Policy: - If you are unable to attend your class on the selected date, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance via email at caffeinection@gmail.com. - In your email, please specify your preferred rebooking date. The new date must be within 1 month from the original booking date and subject to the availability of class dates. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 5 days’ notice will not be accepted, and your booking will be forfeited. 3. Forfeiture: - If you do not attend your class on the scheduled date and fail to provide the required 5-day notice, your booking will be forfeited. - No refund or further rescheduling will be permitted in case of forfeiture. By booking your class, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
