Warranty Coverage
• This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the machine under normal use.
• The warranty period is one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Conditions & Limitations
• This warranty applies only to machines purchased from an authorized MK-1 PRO dealer. Products obtained through grey-market sellers or unauthorized sources may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
• This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform proper maintenance in accordance with product guidelines.
• If, during inspection or repair, it is determined that the damage resulted from user negligence, abuse, or misuse, the customer shall bear the full cost of the repair, including any parts replaced.
• We do not provide on-call or on-site service. All warranty service must be carried out through the designated warranty service process.
• Repair time can take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the problem and availability of spare parts.
• We do not provide a replacement or loan machine while the unit is being repaired.
• Product registration and valid proof of purchase are required to process warranty service requests.
Returns & Shipping
• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering delivery of the machine to the supplier or authorized service center for warranty evaluation and repair.
• Once the repair is completed, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering collection of the machine.
