Turbulence or Agitation is indeed a one way of giving an even extraction but make sure to hit every coffee particles around the dripper to ensure it’s evenness. Pouring the water in a small circular motion in the middle is turbulence but as long you are not hitting the other sides of the coffee with water we can not call it even.
